Walk a 100 Miles in 100 Days

Hi Folks,

Are you up to a challenge?

How about Walking 100 miles in 100 days?

A few years ago my employer challenged his employees to this goal: walk 100 miles in 100 days.

I was one of the hundreds of employees and their families that accepted the challenge. Every day at lunch time I would hit the walking trail for a mile. If something kept me from taking my walk at lunch time, I would walk after work.
