Minimizing Winter’s Arthritis Pain

Hi Folks,

Well, we have been snowed and iced in for two days now and I am getting a severe case of cabin fever.  Here in Greenville, SC, we don’t get snowed in very often (that’s one of the reasons I retired here) but when momma nature throws in the ice, that’s when things get ugly!  :-(

So after I finish this post I am going outside. The sun has come out pretty nice today so a lot of the slick stuff has melted.

Vitamins For Seniors – Which Ones Do You Really Need

Hi Seniors,

Have you taken your vitamins today?

I take a senior’s multi-vitamin and a fish oil capsule every morning because I understand that seniors don’t get all the nutrients we  need from our food.
